Items will usually ship out within 2-5 business days

  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?

Tax and shipping costs will vary based on what you're ordering and where you're located. They will be calculated before you check out.

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

Oh no! Send us your order number and what you're missing and we'll help you track it down!

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?

We're so sad to hear that! Please take a photo of the item and its packaging and email it to us and we'll get back to you ASAP about a replacement.

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Once an order has started being made, it cannot be cancelled. Chances are you'll still like the product you get! But if you really want a different one, let us know or check out our return policy.

  • Where are you located?

We're located in the United States but are working with suppliers around the world to ensure products can ship to you in a reasonable time frame. 

  • How do I make sure I order the right size?

Item descriptions will include size guides. If for some reason there isn't one or you're still not sure, contact us and we'll be happy to help!
